Exchange Policy
At Kozara Apparel, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit or style, which is why we offer a straightforward exchange policy. If you need to swap an item for a different size, color, or even a different product, we're here to help facilitate a smooth process.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. We accept exchange requests within 7 days of your delivery date. Please ensure the item is in its original, re-sellable condition. Exchanges are subject to item availability, and if your desired item is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or offer a store credit.
