Returns are exclusively accepted for items that are damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong product. In such cases, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the damaged or incorrect item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. We are committed to correcting any error on our part swiftly.
For situations where you are simply not happy with your purchase (e.g., wrong size, fit, or change of mind), we offer a straightforward Exchange Policy. Please refer to our dedicated Exchange Policy page for details on how to swap your item for a different size, color, or style, as returns for non-damaged/non-wrong products are not offered.
